Founded in January 2025, Ellivate Tutoring connects students with trusted, qualified tutors. With over 15 experienced tutors, we’re committed to helping every child build confidence and achieve academic success.
As a small, personalized tutoring agency, we carefully match each student with the right tutor — considering learning style, goals, and personality. Our expert tutors provide tailored sessions that make learning effective and enjoyable.
Building confidence, one session at a time.
Ellivate Tutoring is built on the belief that meaningful learning happens through strong relationships. That’s why we prioritise genuine connection — ensuring every student feels supported, motivated, and understood.
Whether strengthening foundational skills or tackling advanced coursework, our tutors empower learners to reach their fullest potential with patience, clarity, and encouragement.
Founder
Elli founded Ellivate Tutoring in January 2025 while studying at the University of Sheffield, drawing on four years of Maths and Physics tutoring experience and a continually refined, confidence-building approach that she now encourages all tutors to share in creating a fun, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
I’ve seen how much difference the right support can make, and I want every student who comes to Ellivate to feel encouraged, capable, and genuinely excited to learn.

"Oh my gosh he's like a different boy! Absolutely loving it. Seriously, he had been asked by his school friends to help them!"
Georgia (Josh's mom, 12 years old)
“His confidence has just gone through the roof. He said he’s already doing level 8 questions and happy with them so, yes it is going fab!
Patrick (Liam's dad, 15 years old)
She was nervous at first and wanted me nearby, but Gregor quickly put her at ease and made everything she was worried about much easier. The lesson went really well — a great first session that should boost her confidence. Mabel feels she’ll grasp things better with one-to-one teaching.
